HELPFUL INFORMATION
-What Plan is best for me?

10 lbs - Great starter plan; good for minimal wardrobe usage.
-
20 lbs - Most popular option; great for common wardrobe use and bedding needs.

30 lbs- Heavy wardrobe usage; great for athletes.
-How do I get started?
Easy! Select your desired plan above, pay for it, then sit back and relax while you wait for your onboarding email.
-Do you offer Dry Cleaning or Alteration services?
Yes! We will pick it up with your regular laundry drop off. *Turn around time is one week and a card on file is required*
-Keeping track of laundry usage?
We provide you with your usage per drop and how much laundry usage you have for the rest of the semester.
- Does my plan roll over to the next semester if its not completely used?
Unfortunately plans do not roll over.
- Is my laundry service paid for through my Pepperdine account?
No, we are a separate company.
- Can I cancel my service?
Yes, but only one week after payment for full refund.
** Using your plan more than one time per week will cause your plan to deplete quicker than if only used once per week.
